Glenn is a co-founding Partner & Financial Planner at Kelson Financial. After graduating from McGill University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Commerce, Glenn started his career at London Life. In 1992, he obtained his Certified Life Underwriter. He sat on advisory boards for Manulife for many years and is on the board of Directors of Asia’s Hope.
In 2004, Glenn and his business partner Sonny Wadera created Kelson with the goal of providing the highest standard of service and independent advice to their clients. With a dedicated team who share that passion for excellence and the next generation on board, the future is exciting!
Glenn and his wife Chantal have been married for almost 30 years and have three amazing children: Jeremy, who has joined the Kelson team as a financial planner in 2020, and Kaitlin is a multimedia artist who also works in the marketing & Cassidy who are currently pursuing their university education.
They support a variety of charities and especially love those helping children so in 2005, they started Asia’s Hope, an orphan home for hill tribe children at risk of sexual exploitation in Chiang Mai. Many years and trips later, the project is thriving and it is a huge blessing to all whose lives have been changed. Glenn has diverse interests from learning Italian and magic tricks to cycling, travelling, food and wine.

Sonny Wadera is a Senior Mutual Funds Advisor at Kelson Wealth Management with iA Private Wealth. He is focused on meeting clients’ investment goals and objectives. In 2002, while maintaining his practice, Sonny fulfilled his father’s dream for him and received his Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Ottawa.
In 2004, Sonny and Glenn created Kelson Wealth Management , built on their shared belief that Canadians were investing and planning with emotion, not based on evidence. Together they discovered a better way and continue to strive to meet the highest standards of both service and expertise for their clients. Sonny has sat on multiple advisory boards for Manulife Securities, Manulife Wealth Management and Manulife Bank. Sonny lives in Montreal with his son Jayden. An avid golfer, his other interests include design, travel, food and wine.

Carla Wojciechowski is a Mutual Funds Advisor at Kelson Wealth Management with iA Private Wealth.
Carla is known for her approachability and care in building long-term relationships with her clients to help them navigate the different stages of their lives; purchasing homes, having children, building businesses and reaching retirement goals. Her 17 years of experience at Kelson Wealth Management allow her to help with the unique needs of each individual or business.
Her hobbies include skiing, camping, gardening, playing pool and spending time with her husband and pet birds.

After graduating with an Accounting degree from Carleton University in 2019, Jeremy didn’t skip a beat to begin pursuing his dream of following in his father’s footsteps to offer the highest quality services to valued clients while finding new ways to add value to their clientele.
When he’s not working alongside Glenn & Sonny, Jeremy works with young professionals & entrepreneurs focusing on meeting their investment objectives to help them get a head start on their financial journey.

Yavor Nikov is a Financial Planner with Kelson Financial. He has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at a major Canadian bank, where he earned his Financial Planner designation while managing full time responsibilities.
Yavor later held senior roles overseeing financial advisors across Quebec and earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, strengthening his expertise in portfolio construction and investment strategy.
Today, he focuses on delivering personalized financial strategies aligned with clients’ long-term goals, combining technical knowledge with a thoughtful, client centered approach. Outside of work, Yavor enjoys the outdoors and staying active in his community.
Lorena is a Marketing Assistant at Kelson Wealth Management, committed to providing the highest quality of service and support to their clients. Born in Romania, she graduated with a Bachelor in Management degree in 2004 from Transilvania University in her hometown of Brasov. She worked for eight years in the banking sector in Romania before immigrating to Canada in 2015. She joined the Kelson Wealth Management team as their Receptionist in 2016, which was the same year she became a Canadian resident. She began working as a Marketing Assistant with Glenn Kelly in 2018. Lorena also obtained her Life Insurance Licence and her Mutual Funds Licence in 2018.
In her free time, Lorena enjoys reading, yoga and working out but is also a big foodie and a wine lover.

Lloyd Flanagan is a financial security advisor at Kelson Financial, focused on providing his clients with comprehensive risk management, Insurance services and career planning. Prior to joining Kelson in 2014, Lloyd spent 30 years as a dentist and business owner, after graduating with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from McGill University. He also spent 8 years as an associate professor at McGill’s Faculty of Dentistry, where he taught third- and fourth-year dental students.
Lloyd is a busy family man, who enjoys spending time at the cottage on the tractor, skiing, biking and on the golf course. He is passionate about his new career, as it allows him the opportunity to work with other dentists, doctors, students, and business owners in securing their futures and achieving their career goals. His medical background brings an extra level of knowledge in dealing with the complexity of applications and managing any health issues that arise.
Carolyn is a Marketing Assistant at Kelson Wealth Management, having worked in the insurance business for 32 years. She joined the Kelson Wealth Management team as in 2007. Carolyn began her career at Integrated Financial Services in 1989 and had the privilege of working with Sonny’s parents, not knowing at the time that this would lead her to a career at Kelson Wealth Management with Glenn and Sonny. Working with Kelson Wealth Management clients is an honour and a privilege and Carolyn is committed to providing the utmost level of service.
The mother of two teenage boys, she spends a lot of time in arenas and is a dedicated hockey Mom. With a passion for history, Carolyn is always in the know on the latest documentaries. She also enjoys spending time with her family at their cottage and travelling.
Rosie is the Office Manager and Marketing Assistant at Kelson Wealth Management, having joined the team at its inception in 2004. As Office Manager she ensures the team has everything they need on hand to run smoothly and efficiently. As a Marketing Assistant, Rosie manages the daily inquiries and requests of the firm and its clients and she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Prior to joining Kelson Wealth Management, Rosie worked at Sunlife Financial for five years in the Group Administrative Services department. She graduated from the John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2005, while working full time at Kelson Wealth Management. She also obtained her Mutual Fund licence in 2004.
Rosie lives with her husband of 15 years in Terrebonne. With a passion for music, she spends her free time doing a variety of activities including Zumba, singing and dancing. She also loves to travel.

Chantal earned a Bachelors degree from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 1991 while working as a Employee Benefits Marketing Assistant at London Life. She continued her career at London Life, driven by her interest to work with people and the dynamics created by working in teams. It is also where she met Glenn, her husband of 25 years!
As she left the workforce to prioritize raising their three fantastic children, she took on the responsibility of managing their charity Asia’s Hope’s funding & communications.
In 2012, ready for new challenges, Chantal joined Kelson Financial as Operations Manager. In her role she oversees the many aspects of the office including Information Technology, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting and Translation Services. She is also the self-proclaimed social club planner!
Chantal loves travelling, painting, spending time in nature and especially enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Having graduated from Université de Montréal with a translation degree in 2014, Costin joined the Kelson Wealth Management team in 2017 as a Marketing Assistant. Through his expertise with languages, he is committed to providing great service to clients. Currently completing his certificates to become licensed, he is keen deepening his knowledge of insurance and investments.
In his spare time, Costin enjoys spending time in nature, camping, hiking, and reading.
Savtanter is a veteran Registered Life Underwriter Designation (RLU). She joined the Kelson team at its inception in 2004. She has been a member of the insurance industry since 1991 having advised clients for over 30 years on life insurance needs and solutions.
Prior to joining Kelson Wealth Management, Ms. Wadera worked as an independent insurance advisor for Wadera Insurance since its beginning in 1991.
Ms Wadera lives in Ville Saint Laurent. She has a passion for walking, having completed several 60K+ charity walks for cancer. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and cheering sports teams where her grandson plays basketball and football.
Emma is a Marketing Assistant at Kelson Financial. In 2016 she received a Science Foundations Certificate for Dietetics from McGill University and in 2019 she graduated with a Bachelor degree in Environmental Sciences from Concordia University She brings strong business development experience shaped by work across multiple industries. She is known for her collaborative approach, clear communication, and ability to build trusted relationships.
In her role, Emma is a key point of contact and a trusted resource for clients, with a particular focus on insurance. She also has a background in sales and marketing, which supports her practical, client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Emma channels her energy into training at the gym, cycling, and competing in Spartan Races.
