We are excited to introduce you to the Electronic Data Interchange System (EDI), available through Manulife Securities. This system will allow us to manage the administration of your accounts online. Many transactions and activities, including client information, Know Your Client (KYC) updates, banking modifications, beneficiary changes and address updates can now be done electronically. In conjunction with EDI, we are also launching a digital e-signature feature for your Manulife Segregated Fund and GIC products. This feature will allow you to sign forms using DocuSign.
How It Works
Should we need to update your client information, Manulife e-forms will be emailed to you for your electronic signature. You will be required to input an access code. A member of our team will either call or send you an SMS with the code.
